Carine holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). She brings a dynamic background that spans nonprofit, corporate, faith-based, and government sectors, spearheading mental health initiatives, managing multi-layered programs, and balancing budgets with precision and impact.
For over a decade, Carine has been at the forefront of workplace wellbeing, designing and implementing employee mental health strategies that prioritize psychological safety, reduce burnout, and improve organizational culture.
